1st degree misdemeanor

I was arested for possesion of cannabis20 grams. the police found more than that at my boyfriends house where i happend to be staying that night. He was arrested also for a more seriuos charge. I went to my arriagnment and pleaded not guilty the state told the judge they are looking at filing CF's on me for the large amount found. I had no idiea that it was in the home. the police did not find anything on me or in any of my personel effects can they charge me? 1st time offender

The first step is hiring a lawyer. There are no special breaks for first offenders in Florida.
