Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
ArmedTrafficking
i'm being charged with 1) armed trafficking, 2) carrying a concealed firearm, 3) carrying concealed FA by juvenile felon, 4) possession of 20 grams of marijuana, and 5) possession of a controlled substance. The police report is 2006-012183-8 in Jacksonville, florida. What am i looking at? this was not my house that i was in. i was the only one in there at the time. SWAT was called and i subsequently surrendered. two Fire Arms were found along with the product in a bag. what advice do you offer?

My advice is to hire a good lawyer, you are in a lot of trouble.
