Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My boyfriend was arrested in Lee county and he was on probation in Charlotte county. The charges were dropped from the arrest and he was released from Lee county jail but now he is incarcerated at Charlotte county jail where he was on probation He is on probation because of a grand theft charge. So the charges were dropped in Lee county so there isn't a new charge but now they also violated his probation because he didn't go to a drug evaluation that he was supposed to attend within 30 days. He has no drug charges but was placed on drug offender probation. So he had to go to this drug evaluation within 30 days but passed the 30 days so his probation officer told h he had better get in to the evaluation before his next check in date so he was going to go but got arrested on a false charge before he could go. So now they violated him for that as well. He goes to court in a couple weeks and I can't get much information out of his public defender so I was just wondering what his chances are of getting his probation reinstated.

Its impossible to give what a persons chances are because there are so many variables, such as the quality of his PD, the prosecutor, the judge, the timing, the probation officer, and more. I can tell you that many judges for first time offenders will often put people back on probation, but refer to my previous sentence as there are no certainies.
