Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My boyfriend was in prison for three yrs and two days before release he got transfered to county jail on a vop will they gv him days credit or time served i dont know whats gonna happen or how it works he has a reopen case and voo arrenment is aug 18

The judge has discretion to put him back on probation all the way up to the maximum time. He will get credit for the time in jail waiting for his case to be heard.
