Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My brother was just released out of prison here in florida 3 weeks ago. He was recently arrested with some bogus charges he didn't commit 1. Larceny theft 300/5000 2. Battery Touch/Strike 3. Burglary Dwelling . The problem is a he say/ she say thing that got my brother arrested. They took him in for questioning he answered with respect, but denied to make a statement on tape and they arrested him. I don't have all the money to hire a lawyer but I feel my brother is being targeted because his prior record. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!! [email protected]

This is not a question. He'll have a public defender if he can't afford a lawyer. Sometimes the she is correct and sometime the he is correct. Sometimes a crimminal does not admit to being guilty.
