Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If you are seen on camera over a period of time taking merchandise from your employer why do they not approach you and when they do I know you can get fired but can you go to jail.

Well if what is observed is theft, then you can be prosecuted for it. If you are prosecuted jail is always a possibility. The employer is under no obligation to confront you right away.
