Legal Question
I have a charge for possession of marijuana and i was planning on doing a diversion program. My lawyer set it up and everything to get the charge expunged. About a week ago i was charged with possession of alcohol in a bad circumstance. I plan on fighting to alcohol charge later, but for right now i'd like to know what will happen with the first charge and the repercussions that will come with this second charge
