Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
CNA who works for a home health agency is accused by one of her clients, a 94 yr old man, of stealing a large amount of his hydrocodone pills. Her agency wants her to take a hair drug test because the client has notified the police. She is innocent but refuses to take the drug test. Will she then be arrested?

A drug test is something that the medical agency would require, it has no bearing on any criminal charges. However I still suggest the person talk to an attorney.
