No. The no contact/stay away order will always contain a clause that the party is not allowed within 500 or more feet of the residence of the other party. If the other party left the residence and is not coming back, you will have to go into court and ask the judge to modify the order. If not, you run a serious risk of getting arrested and being placed in jail without bail until the time of the trial.
