Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I have been convicted in the past with grand theft petty theft and criminal mischief and now facing a charge of use of fraudulent receipt when trying to do a merchandise return . What kind of trouble am I looking at with the new charge ? Am I looking at probation and fines ? I have appointments with surgeons and neurologists coming up for my seizure disability and congenitive defect .so I'm trying to find out ahead of time what I'm looking at or what I can do to get probation and fines .

Your past will play a role. How much can only be known by your attorney after the case has started. It depends on the judge, the prosecutor, the county, and the facts, among other things. Get an attorney in your area and ask them how best to deal with this.
