If you have a warrnat for you arrest in another county is it possible the law to come get you

It depends.

If you are on probation and it is for a violation of probation then they will likely know of your current address and get you pursuant to a warrant sweep.

However, if it is for a new offense, they will not likely come get you, because they will not be actively looking for you, rather you would get arrested if stopped for a traffic offense and they ran your name.
