Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I've discovered that an employee was using my business account to pay their credit card bill and some utility bills. The charges are between $40,000-$50,000 this is over a period between 2012 and October 2014. What are the statue of limitations in Florida to file charges?

You need to contact the police immediately. While it is often from the date of discovery, it may be from the last day taken and that is 3 years. Report it now!
