"Embezzlement: I had an employee who was convicted in 1999 of 100,000. embezzlement from my company. Sentence: 3yr jail, 30 yr probation, $100 per month restitution. She pays this 100 amount. Can I sue her for the balance owed?" Florida

Yes. Contact a civil lawyer to do this, although it doesn't mean you will get the money any quicker unless the embezzler wins the lottery or something.
