Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My fiance had a warrant for a VOP (failed drug test) from 2013. He is now serving time at a county jail in California for a different charge. Will his time served in the county jail count toward his sentencing for Florida?

Most likely no. Once he is brought to Florida, he can ask the judge for that credit.
