Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I just found out there is a warrant for my arrest for failure to appear on a worthless check. It is from July 2009. My drivers license has been suspended. I had no idea about the court date or the warrant. I have not had a checking account for years and do not know of any bad checks. How do I clear up this matter without being arrested for something I didn't do? I work in a bank and cannot have something like this on my record, it will ruin my career.

This could be an identity theft or just an innocent mistake. Regardless, Ms. Grosse is right on. You need an attorney now before this snowballs in worse things like driving on a suspended license, other check charges, or jail. Don't put it off, call one in your area today.
