Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Hi!my name is gina. The dept. of children and families are trying to build a case against me for receiving money from a man i've known for 18 years. we have been in a personal relationship for that time. His power of attorney of 2 years says that he has been diagnosed with dementia for 2 years. yet they just told him he couldn't drive about 1 month ago.don't they have pull his license soon as they diagnose him with being impaired to make his own decisions? Also, they say i shouldn't go see him or speak with him anymore. He called yesterday 3 times said he was scared and disturbed about all the things that his power of attorney is doing . we use to talk almost every day. he says she thinks she getting his house. it seems like she's trying to separate me from him, put him in a nursing home.I'm hoping that she is truly out for his best wishes but he's afraid of her. I tried to call the investigator but she hasn't returned my phone call. should I call someone else. and have them counter investigate for emotional abuse. I don't want to make trouble for her, but i am concerned.

You posted this in criminal law. This is more of a family law/custody/guardianship situation.
