Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

House Arrest

My boyfriend plead guilty to Felony/battery. They gave him 3 years probation as a result. before this he did 8 months house arrest and about 1 year in jail as credit time served. Now, he violated his probation because he tested positive for marijuana and he wants to know if the eight months that he was on house arrest will be as credit time served.
