You could be held in contempt, if they decide to pursue something. It is very rare for a juror to do jail time, especially if it was unintentional. You may want to contact an attorney in Flagler to see if would be helpful to contact the clerk.

most likely none. You might be called in with a bunch of other people who did the same to get yelled at by a judge though.
