Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I am on Mistomenor Probation for DWLSR I got pulled over while driving my sick girlfriend home from the Dr's he didnt take me to jail he just wrote a ticket, will this violate me? even if I have the proper paperwork? My probation is up in Aug but can pay and have early term

If your probation officer finds out you were cited for Driving While License Suspended in Florida, it will be a violation of probation under Florida law.

Also, if you fail to tell your probation officer that you were cited, regardless of if your officer finds out independently, you are violating your probation.
