Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My mother called the ambulance when I was unresponsive and not breathing when I woke up there were about 8 cops in my room they found a little baggy with residue in it. I went to my arraignment already the judge wanted me to take a drug testI had a different public defender filling in for my original one I was the last one to be called to the stand something didn't feel right but I refused the drug test and I have another court date soon and I found out somehow I unknowingly waive my rights. what's the best thing to say to obtain my rights back? and I cannot afford an attorney I did admit that the baggie was mine but I'm not pleading guilty for a felony charge whats my best option?.

If you "unknowingly" waived your rights, your public defender may be able to file a motion to suppress. There is also the possibility of doing an intervention program to avoid the felony, but you must have no priors or no significant prior record. Since you have an attorney, you should discuss these possibilities with them.
