Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I have been having neighbor issues for the past 2 and a half years and it has finally reached my employer. The neighbor has faxed a copy of all the times the police have responded to my address pertaining to his complaints and another neigbor next door. He even sent copies of all the times I have had animal control come to my residence and pick up stray cats. The latest incident he told the police that I have a microwave radar gun that I point at him and his family causing them to get sick with irregular heartbeats and headaches. The police said not to worry but he now has my wife and I sort of worry about what is next. He has also called tampa electric and said I was stealing his electricity, because his bill was sos high. He has even called the department of agricultre saying we use illegal chlemicals on our plants. Of course they came out and took a look around and nothing was founded. Since I work on a military installation the air force office of specail investigation is now involved. Do I have cause for a law suit or restraining order.
