Parker vs. State
out on bond, picked up a new charge... Is the parker vs. state mandatory or up to the judge/state? Any ways of getting out of it?

the judge can hold you no bond if you picked up a new charge for which there is probable cause. it depends on the the charges, the judge and your lawyer.
