Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
petty theft
My son is 18, was arrested today for eating a fruit cup($2.79) from the produce section of winn dixie in seminole county (shop lifting). When he was 17 he was charged w/wreckless driving & leaving the scene of accident(this was charged in the adult court). He paid the fine for that case and did 6 months probation (which ended July) What may happen?
