Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I got a possession of marijuana ticket in the state of Michigan. At the time I was a resident of Illinois. I got a letter in the mail that said my driving privileges have been suspended for 6 months but does not specify if that is only in the state of Michigan or not. The judge told me when I went in to pay the ticket that my driving privileges we're suspended for 180 days (6 months) in the state of Michigan at least, so I'm not sure if this letter is just confirming that or what.
