probation warrentless search and seaizer / narc investigation

my boyfriend was on probation with a warrentless search and seaiser on his conditions .but the florida hidta team conducted a 5 hr narc investagation on my house witch we share . he sleep in living room i slept in bedroom. my question is do they need a narc warrent to come in sence they were preforming a narc investagation. or can they use the warrentless search and seaizer warrent. also on a probation warrentless searc h can they open things or does it have to be in plain sight

This is not s simple yes or no, it is more complex. Normally an individual on probation waives any right to searches in the home.
