Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

question and please no judgement, i was on my way from home (ft. lauderdale) headed to harrison,ar and decided to stop in memphis,tenn. to check out a couple strip clubs so stopped at a stop sign to type in my gps for a location of one. i was approached by what i seen to be a cute chick at the side of my truck which she replied you are cute which i engaged her in conversation untill she turned it into about money saying i would do you for 40 my reply being (sarcartically) i dont have it duece and pulled off. which i waspulled over about a mile down the road and arrested.i was forced to give a memphis address under threat that if i didnt i would cause more troulbe for myself(intentional fabrication of evidence) my truck was seized i was released with all my luggage and told to walk away. and now im supposed to be back in memphis on the 17th with no way to get there. thats the short version

If you gave the wrong address, it could subject you to criminal penalties but I'm not quite sure that's what happened. If you're worried about a solicitation charge, it sounds like you didn't solicit so you should be fine there. Since this is the "short version" I strongly suggest you contact an attorney in the Ft.
