Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I actually have two questions. My partner is in jail now in Marion County florida for about 30 days for driving on a suspended license with a VOP from Pinellas county. Can the court here in Marion County or do they have the authority to handle the VOP from Pinellas county or is that something that a motion filed with the Marion County Court accomplish. And second does the county that sentenced him to probation have to come and pick him up and make him aware of the allegation of VOP in any sort of particular number of days? And I apologize for the rambling nature of my post and appreciate any input or advice that can be provided

ONLY the county that sentenced him on the VOP can deal with the VOP. Marion county has no jurisdiction over Pinellas and vice versa. Pinellas county will usually pick up within 30 days AFTER he has completed all matters in Marion county.
