Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I would like to get rid of my roommate, but I know that he will not agree to leave, and would much rather I leave. I also know that he smokes marijuana and intends to sell it for extra money. Is this something I can tell the leasing office, to get them to make him move out, or will I also be forced to leave, or in trouble?

Yes I would advise you tell them. That is the best way to get your order if your roommate.
