Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

If your roommate evicts you and the sheriff comes and removes you . and when they leave they sorry and tell you to come back in and you can continue to live there. and 2 months go by. and they get mad at you and call police dept and lie and say you were trepassing is this legal. wouldn't they have to start the process over if its been 2 mths since they told you to come back in

Since you were invited back you have every right to be there. Your roommate would have to go through the legal eviction process in order to have you removed. It would not be considered trespassing.
