Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i had a service worker come to my home with my permission to do some plumbing while here my security camera caught him going thru my dresser drawers Nothing was taken is there anything legally i can do to him

This is not a criminal question since what nothing was taken. You could possibly sue civilly but you need to talk to a civil attorney for that. With that said, your best bet may be to fire the worker and move on.
