Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Did not sign court appearance issued by cop for possession and paraphernalia. Just handed me the notice to appear paper and everything but did not have me sign. Has a court date and everything just no signature of mine agreeing to any of this. Does that void the court appearance and everything?

Absolutely not. You MUST appear or you will get a warrant issued against you.
