Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My sister and her boyfriend gave out my information to his friend who had a warrant at a later date he used my name to get out of a warrant. My license is suspended, letters were mailed to their home, and I was subsequently arrested and have been fighting the case since, after I'm found not guilty what can I do to them legally For ising my information

Well it sounds like you have an identity theft issue. That is something that can be taken care of by a civil lawyer.
