Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My sister got a divorce about 5 months ago. They sold their home. She was to occupie the home till it sold. When it sold ,he came back to get some things and DESTROYED our mothers old coffee table. For no reason at all but to get back at her. Well that was a FAMILY HEIRLOOM !!! She just had possetion of it but it belongs to both of my sisters and i. Our mother has been gone for 21 years and the table CAN NOT be replaced. Is there anything we do to him legally ?

You can report his actions to the police since it is criminal mischief. You can also sue civilly, but you would need to talk to a civil attorney for that.
