My condolensces for your loss. You may want to repost under a "wrongful death" heading instead of criminal law. You should set up a free consultation with a wrongful death attorney, to take the case on a contingency basis. Important things to take to the consultation are the autopsy and your son's criminal record, if any, along with any and all police reports. Another important matter would be anythjing regarding the wealth of the person who murdered your son, and knowledge concerning any relationship that may have existed between them. How could the murderer possibly fear for his life and repeatedly shoot an unarmed attacker? I hope I have been able to point you in the right direction.
