a stay away order was granted to my ex girlfriend which included her place of business. she was terminated five days prior to me eating ther.why was i arrested sworn affidavits were filled out by owners stated she was terminated five days ago why arent the charges dropped

You may or may not be talking about two different things. A "stay away order" is usually an injunction that is filed with the civil court and the prosecutor is not involved there.
