Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I got in trouble when I was 17 it was 4 months before my 18 the birthday so when I went to court I was 18.I keep telling my boyfriend not to pay my court fee's but he did anyways. can he still sue my mom even though I told him not to pay them . (WHEN I WENT TO COURT I WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO SIGNED ANY PAPERS NEITHER OF MY PARENTS DID )

He can't sue your mom as their was no agreement between them. You, however, should do the right thing and make payments if necessary to your boyfriend and/or parents and/or anyone else who helped you.
