Re: underage sex

There are a lot of factors that her attorney will need to learn and consider. We've had a lot similar cases in Florida and the sentences have ranged anywhere from probation to prison. A lot depends on the age of the underage victim(s) and how their parents/guardians feel about the case.

If your sister-in-law is in the Tampa Bay area, I'd be more than happy to give your family a FREE phone consultation; however, it would not be proper to speak to her if she is currently represented by an attorney.

Good luck.

Re: underage sex

That's a very broad question. The state will show her lawyer the evidence against her and she will either accept a plea or go to trial.
