Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hi . wife accused me with violating injunction went to trial jury said guilty ( the only witness didn't recognize me in court and stated that that she was in another city for 2 weeks during the time she said she saw me in my town by my wife's house but still jury said guilty ) the transcript and trial video can proof that I was set up to that thing ..can I complain to state general to investigate or I can accuse the witness and wife by false accusing me even with the guilt I had based on jury decision by considering me guilty ?

You should talk to a civil attorney about being falsely accused. You could sue your wife for this, although it will be difficult.
