Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

Hi there

i have just a very simple question...it's maybe a case of privacy violation or indiscriminating manners.well...recently i was registered to the website www.millionairematch.com canadian website...of sure i have never argued with nobody..and sometimes i met new people-i was a free member so i just could just send winks and i could reply to people if i got replies from members first.

so it happened to me...that obviously i suspect that they have fake accounts listed there just to spy on people...so..i just talked to a few women...so just for kidding with them..i said once... ..i should find a sugarmama..obviously..aobviously for kidding...they were not women looking for sugarbabys...so we just staid friends...well it happened...that later ..after several months...( i was registered there for 3 years )my account was suspended.

reason for the suspension is_we don't accept sugarbaby profiles.

of sure i told them...it was a mistake but of sure they spied my emails.

so..i just reopened a new account...the profile was approved!!!..the text and profile was not about finding a sugarmama...just women for friendship/intimate dating/marriage...what happens...a woman...contacted me...after a while..giving me her facebook page...obviously i'm not stupid..i told her that i don't have facebook..so i gave her my email account private...and i wrote her...and she replied once...i just found this very strange..the day after my account was suspended one more time without any reason...so probably...that woman...probably was a spy...i don't have evident trace about this anyway...couse i just wrote her once..

do they have the right to do this????i mean...they are spiying on me...my communications..as soon as i open an account even if is not explicit..couse i have never written..that i'm looking sugarmamas etc..in my profiles...but classy women etc...obviously..i was wondering..is it normal that they delete my profile all the time..without evident Traces..because i was just suspended once..and second time i was suspended was today..just after a week that my profile was online..and i had never contacted any members neither except one woman...that woman that gave me her facebook page..and i gave her my email address.

this is not called privacy Violation?????

i think i have the right to meet people on that site and to share my email address to talk outside of that site if they are just spying on members all the time or not???

of sure...they can suspend a profile...but they should have an evident trace...when u open a new account...they can realize that it's always you.by login detalis..and picture....but with this they can't already say that u are looking for sugarmamas all the time.....or I'm wrong?????

couse it seems that they consider me..for happened things of the past...but the past is past...a new a ccount is a new account..a suspect that u are going to ask a woman about being a sugarmama is just a suspect or i'm wrong???

also their TOS...are clear...in the main page...scrolling down...there is written that they don't allow to seek sugardaddies...but this is not listed in their TOS..absolutely.

i just wanted to meet new people. and chatting.

what to do????..ok probably...i will move on other websites...but i know very well..that their site..is full of people...women / and men looking for..sugarmama's and sugardaddies.....there several pubblicities on google too..meet millioanaire men..meet millionaire women..etc...i don't think that all the women and men listed there..are just looking for butterflies...and anyway even if a woman is looking for a sugardaddy..she is just looking..she is not forcing nobody to become her sugardaddy..right????

is there something that i could write to them...so maybe they understand their mistake????

thank you

Frank

There is no evidence that the new contact was a "spy." Read the privacy provisions. They can probably look at your e-mails. Move on
