Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

I work for a company where I paid about 72 dollars for a uniform. I was given only one shirt and one pants. When working 40 hours company allows two shirts. I am working now for more than three years and using the one shirt until it fell asunder after repeated requests for a new one.

I was given an xxxxlarge one which I had to give back as I am a size 16. Then I was given a 17 mans.

The supervisor who brings the shirts insists on bringing these huge things to my workplace when I am not at work. I am told to wear the size 17 which is setting me up to public ridicule and humiliation. In the past this supervisor said nasty things to me such as 'I am so hard up for a date, I will have to ask YOU out". My reply was that I did not date coworkers.

After that this supervisor was instrumental in setting me up for a confrontation with a clients staff member as I believed that this person told lies to the supervisor. As a result I was moved from that client and was given only two shifts a week for several months until more work became available.

This supervisor has said to me that I think I am better than all the other workers. After I made a complaint about him he came to my place of employment and stood me there looking me up and down and down and up checking my uniform which I found degrading as he met me every night in the past and never checked my uniform in over three years in that fashion, especially as it would be more in line for him to bring me even one new shirt.

I feel degraded and set up to public ridicule and humiliation as I deal with the public.

I had been promised two weeks unpaid leave. The first year I worked I got these but for the past three years I have not been allowed go on vacation. However, I am asked too often to fill in for a young boy. The supervisor spoke to me in a nasty tone and said 'there is to be no vacation time for YOU'. When I did 48 hours for standing in for one of the guys, (I am female), I was asked to take a day off the next week to balance their books but I was not paid overtime for the work I did, just normal time.

When I ask for a day off, I just will not get it. I had to put up a big battle to get my overtime. I am not sure if I did get it as I was given all kinds of codes to accesss the now two year old new payroll system for pay stubbs online.

After going above supervisors heads to local boss, he gave me headquarter telephone number and I found out that I was NEVER put into the system, therefore I could not access my paystubb.

Why did the supervisor keep giving me wrong access codes ...as well as the fact that I was doing overtime to give a male employee a day off????

I have been told I am the only female working for this company doing this work, we all work at seperate locations so I do not know this for sure.
