Legal Question
I got my 1st dui and i had just come from a drug and alcohol test for my new job, i passed. i take anti-seizure med's and they make me dizzy, i told the cop but they didnt believe me. i refused to blow. i was arrested and released or. over stress the next week i had drank one night and the following morning i had to get groceries and still had alcohol in my system. i got another dui, i refused to blow and they said i had no choice, i had to, what am i facing?
