dissmissed DUI on criminal record

I was arrested for a DUI in 1995 in Florida, the case was dissmissed. I recently requested a criminal record check from the FBI and all that is on it the DUI arrest. What is the point of your case being dissmissed and still having a record, how can I get it off ?
