My father was arrested for irratic driving. He was not given a breathlizer. He had a field sobrity test but has had multiple back surgeries. When he was arrested they gave him a blood test, are they allowed to do that?

If he gave permission to do a blood test, then the answer is yes. They could also force a blood draw in a serious bodily injury or death case.
