Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In 2014 parental parent applied for food stamps and my wages were docked for child support, divorce decree said we could pay parent to parent and monies spent on child would be ducted from payment amount. now child is 18 and dor has stopped deduction but is trying to go back to date of divorce for arrears, what about the 2 year law on arrears in FLorida? Wouldnt that apply and only start from date of deduction?

That depends on the CS enforcement agency's rules and regulations. I suggest you call them up and find out.

If DOR is trying to enforce and collect arrears then you should get a lawyer.
