need advice about getting my kids back

i have legal custody in the state of florida and i let them go visit their dad in georgia and go to school for one school year that ended in the month of may of 2008 and they where to come home in june 2008 and now he moved from the residence without telling me and refuses to give them back and i dont now what there address is what can i do. am i allowed to get them with him know or get the county police involved becaues i know where hes place of employment is. what can i do?

Apart from the police, yoou need to file court documents pertaining to your custody case. You should contact a lawyer. Contact us if you need any further assistance.

You need to speak with a lawyer immediately. Absent some pretty rare circumstances, the lawyer is probably then going to refer you to a lawyer in the state where the children now live. That state's law will probably determine whether you can get your kids back.
