what age can i child stop visitation

my daughter is 12yrs old she has been going over to her dad's every other weekend and holidays for 8 yrs now . and she is getting tired of seeing him and he has said if he did not have to pay child support she would not have to come over anymore. so i am also thinking about my husband adopting her too. pls email me back thanks

If your husband wants to adopt your daughter and your ex consents, then she would not have to visit him anymore and he wouldn't have to pay child support. Sounds like the perfect solution for your case.
