Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm looking ahead (as i always do). My wife and I are now legal guardian's for my 18 yo son. we are 51 & 49 yo. we are both on track to be retired at 62. currently our son lives with us but in his best interest we plan for him to live in a group home of other facility by age 22. we plan to have dual residency's when retired and spend time in each. if you are someones legal guardian do you have to live in the same state as they do full time if they reside in a group home or facility?

Yes, especially if you are the guardian of the person and the property of the ward.
