Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

In America, if I have a prenuptial agreement that makes me solely responsible for my student loan debt, does this mean that if I get married and afterwards get divorced, that the debt will still fully be my responsibility or will my ex-husband be responsible too? Also, if I should die while still being married, does that mean that my student loan debt will also fall on my husband's shoulders?

If you signed a pre nup then your debt is yours not his. Also if you die your loans die with you, as they are unsecured.

The debt remains yours after a divorce if it was addressed in the prenuptial agreement. If you die, then your student loans are discharged.
