Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm attempting to file a long distance parenting plan but I am unsure of where to file it. I reside in Florida but my daughters residence is in Georgia. Her mother and my daughter are currently in Oklahoma

The child's residence is the state in which she has resided for the last 6 months. If she has moved recently but has not been in the new state for 6 months yet, the proper jurisdiction would still be in the last place that she resided. That being said, if there is already a case pending, you shouldn't start a new one, you should just file it in the court that already has the pending case.
