Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

can I bring a lawsuit against my husbands employer for firing him , He has worked for this company since 9/2006 , and has never had any infractions or any trouble before . Because he had an affair with a woman that he meet on his sales route , she is a store manager. Her Husband found out about the affair and called my husbands employer . Said company took irate husbands word, accused my husband of lying to them and terminated him. This event took place off store property ,and did not cost this company a sales account. All based on hearsay from irate husband.

I am disabled and this woman and this company has caused me ( victim ) to lose my medical insurance and prescription coverage. This has also caused me undo stress , and more medical problems. Please advise [email protected]

You really do not have standing to file a suit. Your husband on the other hand, should file a suit. If he is truthful, then by all means sue the company and sue the irate husband in civil court as well since it was he who created the loss of income and benefits.
